Rebranding for a passionate, expanding onsite care provider

the challenge

Veterans of the skilled nursing industry, our clients founded their company with one mission- to give seniors the health services they need, delivered with the dignity, care, and compassion they deserve.

They began by providing eye care services under the name SightRite and soon expanded to offer dental and foot care under the DentRite and PediRight brands.

As they expanded, a sense of cohesiveness and clarity about their brand and who they served was lacking. They approached Ptex to restructure their existing brands and to create a new parent brand to unify all their offerings.

In addition to clarifying the brand, and building out a solid structure with room for expansion, we needed to highlight the difference DocRite was offering to the senior care industry.

More than the specialized care services and top-tier providers they offered, DocRite’s dedication to each facility they worked with transformed their business relationship into a true partnership.

To ensure a smooth transition as we positioned DocRite to serve as the brand’s parent company, we designed a logo similar to the existing companies - creating a distinct look and feel that would be easy to recognize- and own.

The eye-catching visuals, including a friendly color palette of purple, blue, and mint green, created a clean, yet engaging backdrop to the clear, focused brand messaging.

Sharp iconography served multiple purposes- functioning as the logo for the various sub-brands and infusing clarity and readability throughout brand deliverables.

To keep the transition simple and seamless and to ensure that the brand’s suite of services and new parent brand was firmly in the spotlight, we created a series of engaging press releases, videos, and LinkedIn posts.

Each carefully crafted piece of content communicated to facility operators the unsurpassed quality of care that DocRite offered.

The Ptex team was the proud recipient of the 57th annual GDUSA Health and Wellness Graphic Design Award for our innovative and cohesive work for the DocRite.

More importantly, with the new DocRite brand serving as a centralized platform for all their services, our clients saw increased interest and understanding of their extensive and dedicated offering - and continued overall growth.
