Branding for a chain of Brooklyn-based medical centers

Healthcare

the challenge

Back in 2016 when Perfect Health approached Ptex to create their brand, their offer was unprecedented in all of Brooklyn.

A top-tier medical center multiple specilialties under one roof, in addition to primary care, was unheard of Brooklyn.

Most families were accustomed to using a primary care provider, and then traveling around for various specialties.

While we had no concerns that the center wouldn't be impressive, the challenge would lie in convincing the community to make the switch to a new, all-inclusive healthcare system.

what was their next?

To establish the brand as one at the forefront of medical advancement, the brand had to feel sleek, modern, and sophisticated.

WIth that in mind, we had to ensure the brand felt as welcoming and accessible as possible — never losing sight of the greatest segment of the center’s audience – families.

We began the visuals by zooming in on the center’s real- life location, one of Boro Park’s busiest intersections.

That junction is illustrated in the bold, vibrant logo mark, highlighting Perfect Health’s convergence of expertise, convenience and community values.

We then developed a clear iconography system to be used across deliverables, giving each department a distinct icon to make them instantly recognizable.

the process

Brand patterns bought a modern, geometric flair to deliverables, adding personality without losing the professionalism that needed to come across.

We used patient-centric messaging to build a brand that was not only visually appealing, but built trust and an emotional bond.

Each health service had accompanying messaging that made the entire process simple and user-friendly — no hard to understand medical jargon here.

the results

Perfect Health is now firmly cemented in the hearts and minds of Boro Park dwellers as an icon.

Nearly 10 years, the Perfect Health brand remains a symbol of cutting-edge care, happy families and unsurpassed medical services.
