QFS Tower

Case Study

From serving NY's greatest buildings to becoming a landmark of its own.

Real Estate

the challenge

QFS had earned a strong reputation as a trusted provider of building supplies and property maintenance services, working behind the scenes of some of New York City's largest developments. But while the company played a role in helping buildings operate and succeed, few people recognized the scale, vision, or impact of the brand itself.

When QFS set out to develop a new office tower in Williamsburg, the challenge became clear: how do you transform a company known for supporting great buildings into a company known for creating one? The project needed to do more than fill office space; it needed to elevate the QFS brand and establish a lasting presence on the Brooklyn skyline.

QFS wanted to create more than a commercial property. They wanted to create a landmark. The company was one of the entities helping support the growth of Brooklyn's skyline. The tower would become a physical representation of that journey—from serving buildings to owning one of the most recognizable buildings in the neighborhood.

what was their next?

The goal was to develop a building that reflected the company's growth, ambition, and long-term investment in the community while turning the tower itself into a powerful branding asset. Every person who saw the building should instantly recognize the QFS name and associate it with leadership, success, and the future of Williamsburg's business landscape.

Rather than approach the project like a traditional real estate development, we started with the story. We uncovered a compelling narrative: a Brooklyn-born company that had spent years helping support the city's growth was now leaving its own mark on the skyline.

the process

From there, we developed a complete brand strategy centered around the idea that QFS Tower wasn't just changing the skyline; it was changing perceptions. The messaging, positioning, and creative direction focused on growth, visibility, and legacy, transforming the building from a piece of real estate into a symbol of what the QFS brand had become.

the results

QFS no longer just supports the skyline, it defines it. The tower became more than an address, it became the company's story made visible, and a landmark shaping the future of Williamsburg.
