Rebrand, strategic positioning, and marketing campaign for a health supplement brand

Zahler’s supplements offered a range of proprietary formulas backed by twenty-five years of research and thousands of people healed.
Launched by a renowned nutritional advisor, their products were appreciated by a niche audience. As Zahler tried to expand its customer base, the brand was left stifled in an industry crowded with competing small-time players.
We had to make it clear that these products were for everyone, establishing Zahler as the go-to brand for all things health.

Those who had been helped firsthand recognized that Zahler’s supplements were the real deal. To break away from the pack, we had to shift the public perception of Zahler as a small-time, simple solution and establish Zahler as a household name for all things health.
the process
We began by creating a professional visual identity that was distinctive, trust-inspiring, and above all else, clearly communicated the power of the product line.
Strong iconography, color differentiation, brand imagery, and a potent packaging hierarchy highlighted each vitamin’s benefits and application in a simple, clear manner.
By putting the user at the forefront of the packaging design, we created a brand that would stand out for its shelf appeal alone. (Before even one pill was popped!)


We kicked off marketing with a powerful debut ad, followed by methodical and strategic market segmentation and communication.
We built the brand around one idea, encapsulated in the tagline- “feel better, every day”. With those 3 words, we introduced Zahler’s target audience to a revolutionary idea - advanced nutrition as more than a remedy, but a lifestyle choice.
The Ptex team also developed and designed informative brochures and literature based on prominent research sources, building trust, and allowing new customers to make informed choices.
The “Ask Zahler” hotline was launched to great interest, further positioning the brand as the foremost authority on nutritional lifestyle.

Our education-centric strategy forged a long-term connection between consumers and the Zahler brand, vaulting them from relative obscurity to becoming the most recognizable Kosher nutraceutical brand in a hyper-crowded market.
